The shape of the project

This pattern suits operators and wholesalers who work through a network of trade partners and need a single, secure home for everything agents rely on. Instead of chasing emails and shared drives, agents log in to find current product information, downloadable resources, training and the day-to-day workflows they need, all organised and permissioned around who they are and what they sell.

It works for tour operators, DMCs and suppliers managing many agencies with differing access needs. Dashboards surface what matters to each partner, updates reach the network reliably, and trade-specific tasks live in one place, reducing support load while giving the operator control over who sees which products, rates and materials.

What this pattern solves

When agent support is spread across inboxes, portals and shared folders, partners struggle to find current rates, materials and updates, and operators field endless repetitive requests. Outdated documents circulate, product changes are missed, and there is no reliable, permissioned way to give different agents access to exactly the resources and workflows they are entitled to use.
